Our annual diocesan pilgrimage to Lourdes (24-30 July) is “Love in Action” and one of the most significant pastoral events in our annual diocesan calendar. We journey to Lourdes to serve each other and to renew our commitment to walk with Jesus, with the help of Our Lady and St Bernadette.

Pilgrims regularly pray together during our week in Lourdes, with our Assistant Chaplains also running a prayer network throughout the year. The network invites and encourages pilgrims to offer prayers of praise, petition and thanksgiving to God; share concerns, joys and heartaches in the knowledge that many will be praying on our behalf; and pray together as a community for others.
