The final of the three days in the "Leading in Faith" course took place at the St Philip Howard Centre, Crawley, today. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on what it means to be a leader in a Catholic school, whatever our role or level of responsibility, and to engage in the faith formation that is needed sustain us in our mission.

This course is offered collaboratively by Xavier CET, Bosco CET and the diocesan Education Service, and includes optional spiritual and theological formation opportunities in addition to the three in-person days.
