Bishop Richard was presented with a cheque for £60,000 by Charles Sommer, Chair of The Friends of Arundel Cathedral, on Sunday 19 October, the feast of St Philip Howard.

The generous donation, which will provide a significant contribution to Cathedral costs in the coming year, was presented on behalf of The Friends at their annual AGM.
