Fr Gus Campanello celebrated the end of term Mass on Friday 27 March at St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, Crowborough, to mark the retirement of Carol Scanlon, Head since 2020.

Carol was presented with a diocesan Education Service medal for her commitment to Catholic education in the diocese, as she was Deputy Head in St Joseph’s, Redhill, before being appointed Head at St Mary’s.

Governors, former colleagues, and friends of the school gathered with the whole school community to give thanks for Carol’s service.
