From September 2026 Worth School is seeking to appoint 2 highly passionate Youth Ministers to join our Forerunner Youth Ministry team and support the religious and faith mission of the school. This is a one year, possibly two-year, fixed term contract.

Typical Forerunner responsibilities would include:
· Delivering programmes of evangelisation to all year groups
· Discipling your designated house through.
· Contributing to the culture of discipleship through prayer, pastoral presence and mentoring with both pupils and staff.
· Raising up student leaders.
Worth is a highly successful co-educational, Catholic, Benedictine, 11-18 HMC boarding and day school of circa 600 pupils. It offers a broad curriculum, including the International Baccalaureate and A levels in the Sixth Form.
