Role: Senior Parish Manager
Hours: 15-21 hours p/w (negotiable)
Salary: £45k to £50k p/a FTE
The Parish of the Nativity of the Lord seeks a motivated, skilled team-orientated professional to provide high quality financial, administrative & operational services to support the parish in the successful delivery of its mission going forward.
Responsibilities
• Staffing - Line management of a number of parish administrative staff and skilled volunteers. In addition, oversee volunteer coordination, contracts and deployment in providing services to the Parish.
• Financial Management - Weekly & monthly financial management including accounting postings, banking, payments & receipts with reporting provided to the Parish Finance committee on a quarterly basis.
• Key Stakeholders - Parish Priest, Treasurer, Finance Committee and Diocesan Finance Office/Central Functions as well as key vendors & peers across the Diocese.
• Parish Facilities & Property Management including Health & Safety matters and associated policies, procedures & records maintenance.
• Supplier/Vendor relationships and accounts payable management.
• Coordinate/oversee the coordination of parish committees and groups.
• Parish website governance & liaison with the webmaster.
• Act as secretary to Parish Finance Committee.
