About the role:
• Lead SEND provision across the school
• Guide and support staff in delivering inclusive practice
• Manage EHCP applications and ensure all statutory requirements are met
• Work closely with parents and external agencies
• Utilise your strong SEND knowledge, creative problem solving, and excellent people and time management skills
About you:
• Qualified teacher, passionate about inclusion
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Able to prioritise, work to deadlines, and manage competing demands
