Become a Parish Appealer – Share the Voice of the Suffering Church

Are you passionate about your faith and eager to help raise awareness of persecuted Christians across the world?

Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) are currently inviting applications for the role of Parish Appealer—a self-employed, remunerated position with Aid to the Church in Need, a Catholic charity serving the suffering Church.

What does a Parish Appealer do?

Parish Appealers visit Catholic parishes, usually at weekend Masses, to speak on behalf of Aid to the Church in Need. They share powerful stories of faith and persecution and invite parish communities to respond through prayer and support.

This is a unique opportunity to serve the Church through witness, storytelling, and mission.

ACN are looking for someone who:

  • Is a committed Catholic with a heart for the suffering Church
  • Has confidence in public speaking and addressing congregations
  • Understands parish life Can travel locally (especially on weekends)
  • Values flexibility—this is a part-time, self-employed role

Full training and ongoing support are provided. Fees are paid per visit.
