This role is ideal for someone stepping into senior leadership for the first time—bringing energy, initiative, and a deep commitment to our faith and values.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a central role in shaping the pastoral and educational direction of our school. You will be someone who leads by example—dynamic, ready to take initiative, and who inspires others through doing.

This is initially a part-time role, with the exciting opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position in response to the changing needs and development of the school.
