The Science Department at St Bede's School is a friendly, supportive group of technicians, who work in a dynamic department in an outstanding school, and it is looking to recruit two team players to join the team. Within the overarching team, where members support each other across subjects when the need arises, staff operate in smaller teams of two, each focusing on their specialism of biology, chemistry and physics. The advertised roles are not for a specific science; the School would consider candidates with a broad base of skills.

There is no entitlement to take leave during term time. All holidays must be taken during school breaks. Annual salary includes payment for holiday entitlement. The role is busy and varied, with no two days the same. A willingness to learn is key and there are plenty of opportunities for professional development and the successful candidates will have the opportunity to be First Aid trained.
