Clergy Support Programme Manager, 2-year fixed term (full time though part time will be considered)

Salary: £32k upwards depending on experience

Location: Effingham, with remote working and hot-desking available (Crawley).

The successful candidate will devise and implement a comprehensive new programme of clergy support and development which meets the challenges of ministry in today’s world, providing opportunities for clergy to access spiritual, pastoral, human and intellectual formation. The Programme Manager will work independently and with colleagues/specialists to oversee clergy-to-clergy mentoring, professional supervision, and coaching focusing on specific skills and goals, with a particular focus on clergy in new roles: the newly ordained, those who have recently arrived in the UK, new parish priests, and clergy approaching retirement.  It is intended that a permanent part-time role will be developed to succeed the post-holder on completion of the fixed term period (2 years).
